PVA-5-d1-SMD-BPF3900-B090-115 is an uncooled photovoltaic IR detector based on InAsSb heterostructure for optimal performance and stability. The diameter (dA) of its active element is 1 mm.  The detector is available in the SMD package with an optical filter (λcwl = 3900 nm, filter bandwidth = 90 nm). It can be used as a reference in gas detection systems.
