The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer"), ") informs that on May 30, 2023 the Company received information about the resignation of Mr. Janusz Kubrak from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with immediate effect.


Mr. Janusz Kubrak gave personal reasons as the reason for his resignation.
