Marek Wiechno

He has many years of practical experience in business management and numerous training and courses in the field of company law and tax law, supported by studies in the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland. He has a secondary education. He runs his own business under the name of Mawar Marek Wiechno. He is a member of the Board of the following companies: DEM Sp. o.o., PROMO Sp o.o., POL T and T Sp. o.o. From 2014 he sits on the Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics SA.
Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with specialization in finance and accounting, and a former University of Warsaw student, International Relations. In the years 1999-2008 he worked at Deutsche Bank in Poland, where he held, among others, function of the Deputy Director of the Department of Stock Market Analysis and the Equity Market Analyst – Central and Eastern Europe. In the period 2008-2010 he held various management functions in the TP SA Group, including the Director of the Strategy and Development Division. In 2010-2011 he worked at the Swiss investment bank Credit Suisse in Poland. In 2012-2015 he was the Vice President of the Management Board for Strategy and Development in Emitel – a leading operator of terrestrial radio and television network in Poland. In the years 2016-2018, Advisor to the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Currently a professionally independent member of the Supervisory Boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has almost 15 years of supervisory experience gained by sitting on the supervisory boards of over 30 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including: Action, Alta, Arteria, Braster, Best, BSC Drukarnia, Celon Pharma, Duon, Stock Exchange, Graal, Integer , InPost, KGHM, LC Corp, Magellan, Mabion, Polimex-Mostostal, Polish Energy Partners, Robyg, SARE, Wirtualna Polska, Work Service, VIGO, 4fun Media.
Zbigniew Więcław

In 1997 he obtained a master’s degree at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Poland and, then, in 2010 he earned an MBA at the University of Illinois. He started his career in 1997 – 1999 in the Westdeutsche Landesbank Poland SA as Risk Manager. Then, from 2000 to 2003 he was Financial Controller of Transactional Banking and Treasury in Citibank SA. For more than a decade he has been continuing his career at Bank Handlowy SA: Director of the Office of Strategy and Planning Transaction Banking (2003 – 2009), Chief Financial Transaction Banking Region Central and Eastern Europe, Citigroup (2010-2013), Head of Liquidity Management and Business Analysis in Corporate Banking Sector (2013 – now). In 2014 he became a member of the Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics SA
