The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (the "Issuer") hereby decides to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") for July 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., to be held at the Issuer's registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (address: Poznańska St. 129/133, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki).

Attached hereto, the Issuer's Management Board makes public the full text of the announcement on convening the EGM along with the draft resolutions and documents to be considered during the EGM. The relevant documents are also available on the website: https://vigophotonics.com/investor-relations/about-vigo/general-meetings/.

At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board informs that on June 16, 2026, the Issuer's Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on the proposed agenda of the EGM and the matters to be the subject of the EGM resolutions.
