Two-element InAs room temperature photovoltaic infrared detector with band-pass filters2E-PVA-3-d1.2-SMD-BPF1-BPF2-115 - Detector in Development

2E-PVA-3-d1.2-SMD-BPF1-BPF2-115 is a two-element uncooled photovoltaic IR detector based on InAs heterostructure for optimal performance and stability. Each of the two round active elements (1.2 mm diameter) is paired with an optical filter, allowing for the selective detection of different gases based on their specific absorption spectra. The detector can be provided in the SMD package.

Features

Affordable solution for gas sensing

Low crosstalk
