We had the pleasure of participating and being a partner of the 9th Optoelectronics Conference!
During the event, our president Adam Piotrowski participated in two discussion panels: "Optoelectronics and the expansion of the Polish defense industry - key modernization programs as an opportunity for the development of optoelectronics" and "Science and industry in the service of the Polish Armed Forces".
During the discussion panels, it was shown how important it is to shorten supply chains and use technologies offered by Polish companies to create optoelectronic_systems for the Polish_army.
Ryszard Piramidowicz also gave a speech, talking about Photonic Integrated Circuits and the potential of future applications for this technology.
During the event, a shooting competition was organized. Two employees of VIGO Photonics took the highest places on the podium: Jacek Strupinski - 1st place; Emil Batorowicz - 3rd place. We sincerely congratulate the winners and all participants!
The organizer of the entire conference was the PCO S.A. Thank you for another great event, where in addition to discussing the future of technology for the Polish military, we spent time with great people! See you next year!
