We have just started the installation of the new Aixtron AIX 2800 G4 in our newly built clean rooms! The system will allow for the production of high quality epiwafers suitable for innovative and sophisticated photonic devices such as lasers (F-P, VCSEL, QCL), photodetectors, LEDs and transistors.
The person who will lead the entire project will be Wlodek Strupinski – a man with 30 years of experience in III-V semiconductor compounds technology for micro- and opto-electronics, silicon carbide compounds for high-power electronics, graphene and other 2D nanomaterials.
