Dates of publication of periodic reports of VIGO Photonics S.A.

Current report number 4/2024 from the January 12, 2024.

Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") announces to the public the fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2024.

• April 23, 2024 - annual report for 2023;
• May 28, 2024 – report for the first quarter of 2024;
• September 24, 2024 - semi-annual report for the first half of 2024;
• November 26, 2024 - report for the third quarter of 2024;

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. informs that it will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and a quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024, in accordance with §79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018.
