Receiving notifications about transactions referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of the MAR Regulation

Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. (the "Company") informs about receiving a notification on January 10, 2024, pursuant to Art. 19 section 1 of the MAR Regulation, from Mr. Krzysztof Dziewicki, regarding the purchase of shares by entities related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities. The received notifications are attached to this report.
