Receipt of notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering

Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on January 31, 2024, it received a notification pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point) 1 and point 2) in connection with art. 69 section 4 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1983, as amended), from Mirosław Grudzień on the change of the share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company. The notification is attached to this report.
