Receipt of notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering

(the "Company") informs about receiving a notification on January 10, 2024, pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point) 1 and point 2) in connection with art. 69 section 4 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1983, as amended), from Warsaw Equity Management S.A. and Warsaw Equity ASI sp. z o.o. on the change
(purchase) of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company. The notification is attached to this report.
