("Company", "Issuer") informs that today it was notified by a shareholder of the Company of the intention to participate in the planned public offering of new issue series F shares of the Company, which will be carried out on the basis of the issue resolution adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 20 November 2023
