Information on revenues achieved in the fourth quarter of 2022

Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki informs
that in Q4 of 2022, the Issuer’s consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 19,738,462.46, compared to PLN 22,253,265.26 in the Q4 of 2021. The decrease in sales revenues that occurred in compared periods is 11.30%.

The individual revenues amounted to PLN 20,331,912.05 in the Q4 2022, compared to PLN 22,253,265.26 in the Q4 of 2021. The decrease in sales revenues that occurred in compared periods is 8.63%.
