The Management Board of VIGO Photonics, hereinafter referred to as "VIGO", hereby corrects the error identified in current report No. 27/2023 of June 29, 2023 and sends the full content of the report along
with the CV of Mr. Krzysztof Dziewicki, which was not attached to the original current report.
Content of the revised report:
The issuer's management board, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer) informs that on June 29, 2023, in accordance with the provisions
of §17 point 4 of the Company's Articles of Association, Krzysztof Dziewicki was appointed to serve as a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board.
Krzysztof Dziewicki does not conduct any activities competitive with those of the Company or its affiliates. He does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company, nor does he participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body. He has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
The declaration of appointment of a Member of the Supervisory Board and the CV of Krzysztof Dziewicki are attached.
