Resignation of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board

The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki informs that on July 7, 2023 the Company received information about the resignation of Mr. Piotr Nadolski from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company on the date of the next general meeting of the Company.

Mr. Piotr Nadolski gave personal reasons as the reason for his resignation.
