The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer"), ") hereby corrects the Current Report No. 17/2023 of May 12, 2023. Announcement on convening an ordinary general meeting of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki on June 13, 2023 The Issuer informs that it mistakenly attached the following incorrect documents:

• Formularz pelnomocnictwa_pdf
• Formularz wykonywania prawa glosu_word.doc
• Formularz wykonywania prawa glosu_pdf
• Zawiadomienie o udzieleniu pelnomocnictwa w postaci elektronicznej_word

• Zgłoszenie kandydata do Rady Nadzorczej_word
• Zgłoszenie kandydata do Rady Nadzorczej_pdf

The Issuer mistakenly attached a document - Draft resolutions, containing a draft resolution on the election of a Supervisory Board Member and documents - Nomination of a candidate for the Supervisory Board and Consent to stand as a candidate together with a statement, despite the fact that the agenda contained in the announcement on convening the Ordinary General Meeting does not contain an item regarding the election of a Member of the Supervisory Board.
In addition, the Issuer mistakenly attached other incorrect documents: Power of Attorney Form, Voting Right Form and Notification of Granting Power of Attorney in electronic form.
The Issuer's Management Board encloses the following documents regarding the OGM:
