PVMQ-10.6-1x1-TO8-NW-70 is an uncooled photovoltaic multi-junction quadrant IR detector based on HgCdTe heterostructure for optimal performance and stability. Its specific wavelength (λspec) is 10.6 µm and its four active elements, arranged in a quadrant geometry, are each 1 mm × 1 mm. The detector is available in the TO8 package without a window.
