Issuer's net loss for the financial year 2023 covering the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 in the amount of PLN 1,942,661.97 (one million nine hundred forty-two thousand six hundred sixty one zloty 97/100) entirely from the Company's supplementary capital, and the unsettled profit for the financial year 2021 and 2022 due to the correction of errors in previous years in the amount of PLN 511,809.05 (five hundred eleven thousand eight hundred nine zlotys 05/100) should be allocated to the
Company's supplementary capital, and regarding non-payment of dividend from profits achieved by the Issuer in previous years and allocated to the Issuer's supplementary capital by resolutions of the General Meeting.
