The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer"), ") informs that on April 28, 2023 the Company received information about the resignation of Mr. Przemysław Danowski from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Przemysław Danowski did not give reasons for his resignation.

In connection with this resignation, in order to supplement the composition of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of the Company will introduce an item on the agenda of the next General Meeting regarding changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics S.A., of which the Company will inform in due course.
