Information on revenues achieved in the first quarter of 2024.

Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. based in Ożarów Mazowiecki informs that in
the first quarter of 2024, the Issuer's consolidated revenues amounted to PLN
15,835,231.37 compared to PLN 18,750,312.54 in the first quarter of 2023. The decline
in sales revenues that occurred in the compared periods is 15.15%.

The Issuer's individual revenues for the first quarter of 2024 amounted to PLN
15,709,007.21 compared to PLN 17,041,474.71 in the first quarter of 2023. The decline
in sales revenues that occurred in the compared periods is 7.82%.
