Dates of publication of periodic reports of VIGO Photonics S.A.

Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów
Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") announces to the public the fixed
dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2025.

April 24, 2025 - annual report for 2024;
May 28, 2025 – report for the first quarter of 2025;
September 25, 2025 - semi-annual report for the first half of 2025;
November 27, 2025 - report for the third quarter of 2025;

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. informs that it will not publish a
quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and a quarterly report for the second
quarter of 2025, in accordance with §79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of
Finance of March 29, 2018.
