The Management Board of VIGO Photonics SA informs that due to the election of Mr. Marek Wiechno as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. about which the Company informed in the current report no. 15/2023 and his resignation from the function of the Chairman of the Audit Committee, the Supervisory Board of the Issuer on May 19, 2023. The Supervisory Board of the Issuer passed a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Zbigniew Więcław as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Zbigniew Więcław meets the independence condition necessary to perform the function of the Chairman of the Audit Committee.Legal basis: art. 56 sec. 1 point 2a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies.
