Receipt of notification of transaction referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (the "Company") hereby informs that on July 20, 2026, it received a notification of a transaction referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation from Warsaw Equity Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (a person closely associated with a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company – Krzysztof Dziewicki).

The received notification is attached as an appendix to this report.
