Current Report No. 34/2026 of July 23, 2026

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (the "Company" or the "Issuer"), referring to the PAP (Polish Press Agency) news dispatch dated July 23, 2026, titled: "Vigo Photonics project not selected for funding", hereby informs that the information contained in the aforementioned news dispatch may mislead its recipients.

The dispatch concerns the grant application No. FENG.01.01-IP.01-A0WW/25 for the project entitled "Detectors and integrated detection modules for industrial and medical applications adapted for surface mounting", submitted under call No. FENG.01.01-IP.01-003/24 on March 28, 2025, which was not selected for funding. The total budget of the project amounted to PLN 20,894,312.08, with funding of PLN 12,554,345.38. The project received a very high score; however, the mandatory criteria were not met. Due to the high score achieved, the Company appealed to the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR). The protest was not upheld, and on February 12, 2026, the Company received a letter from NCBR informing it that the protest had not been sustained. The Company decided not to pursue further appeal procedures due to other pending grant applications covering a similar material scope of the project.

In Current Report No. 12/2026 dated May 29, 2026, the Company provided information regarding another grant application, i.e., application No. FENG.05.01-IP.01-002E/25 for the project entitled "Detectors and integrated detection modules for industrial and medical applications adapted for surface mounting", submitted under call No. FENG.05.01-IP.01-003/25 on October 29, 2025. The project budget amounts to PLN 19,957,302.26, with funding of PLN 12,082,892.69. The project received a positive evaluation, met all criteria, and was recommended for funding, of which NCBR informed VIGO in a letter dated May 29, 2026. The grant agreement for this project was signed with NCBR on June 29, 2026, as reported by the Issuer in Current Report No. 19/2026. The project is being implemented according to plan, and in the opinion of the Management Board, its further execution is not at risk.

The Management Board of the Issuer will submit a request for rectification of the above PAP dispatch. However, taking into account the deadlines for rectification under Press Law, the Management Board of the Issuer deemed it necessary to immediately publish information regarding the aforementioned projects to prevent misleading the public.

This information has been qualified as inside information, as it may have a material impact on the share price of the Issuer, as well as on its reputation and credibility.
