Report No. 14 dated June 16, 2026

The Management Board of the issuer, VIGO Photonics S.A., with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (the "Issuer"), hereby informs that on 16 June 2026, the Issuer received from the Regional Court in Warsaw, Labour and Social Security Division, a copy of a statement of claim filed against the Issuer by Mr. Włodzimierz Strupiński. The statement of claim concerns a demand for payment of the amount of PLN 8,340,470.77 (in words: eight million three hundred and forty thousand four hundred and seventy zlotys and 77/100) together with statutory interest from 21 January 2026 until the date of payment on account of the Special Bonus based on the Joint Venture Agreement dated 20 September 2018, which the Issuer disclosed in current report No. 25/2018 dated 20 September 2018. Furthermore, the statement of claim includes a demand to award litigation costs to Mr. Strupiński, including the costs of legal representation in accordance with the prescribed rates.

The Issuer's Management Board, based on its own assessment supported by an external opinion from a reputable law firm, considers the claim to be entirely groundless, which the Issuer intends to demonstrate in the course of the court proceedings. The Issuer's Management Board will take all legally available measures to protect the legitimate interests of the Issuer and its shareholders.

The Issuer will provide updates on any significant circumstances related to the course of the proceedings.
