The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (the “Issuer,” “Company”), with reference to current report No. 2/2026 of January 27, 2026, hereby announces that the publication dates have changed:

The original publication date of the separate and consolidated annual report for 2025 was set for 16 March 2026.

The original publication date of the separate and consolidated report for the first quarter of 2026 was set for 25 May 2026.

The other publication dates for periodic reports indicated in the schedule published in current report No. 2/2026 remain unchanged.
