Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") announces to the public the fixed dates for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2026.

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. informs that it will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2026 and a quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026, in accordance with §79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018.
