The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer"), hereby announces that on May 14, 2025, pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Code and § 26 section 2 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on determining the number of members of the Management Board for a new 3-year joint term of office starting on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company approving the financial statements for 2024, determining that the Management Board will consist of three members. Then, the Supervisory Board, pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Commercial Companies Code and § 21 section 2 item 5) of the Company's Articles of Association, re-appointed Mr. Adam Piotrowski to the Issuer's Management Board, entrusting him with the function of President of the Management Board, and re-appointed Mr. Łukasz Piekarski and Mr. Marcin Szrom to the Issuer's Management Board, entrusting them with the function of Members of the Management Board.All Members of the Management Board have submitted declarations that: they do not conduct any activity competitive to the activity performed in the Issuer's enterprise, that they do not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, capital company or in a competitive legal person as a member of its body, and that they are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

The Issuer attaches CVs of the Management Board members, including their education, qualifications and previously held positions, along with a description of their professional career.

Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 item 2a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies (consolidated text: of 11 March 2024, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 620) and § 5 item 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
