VIGO System launches the production of epiwafers for VCSELs

VIGO System, the world’s leading manufacturer of standard and customized high-tech uncooled photodetectors of middle and long wavelength, expands its product portfolio to new innovative epi-structures for vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL). The company has developed its first VCSEL to demonstrate the company’s capability to meet the increasing demand of its customers for disruptive epiwafer technology.

AQUARIUS consortium meeting

VIGO System is a participant in AQUARIUS research project. AQUARIUS is an international research project funded by the European Research Council as part of the Horizon2020 initiative and is aimed at implementing recent advances in photonics towards detecting contamination in drinking water and waste water.

International Day of Light
