Marek Wiechno
Mirosław Grudzień
Mirosław Grudzień graduated from the Military University of Technology (MUT) in Warsaw, the Faculty of Chemistry and Technical Physics, with MSc degree in technical physics majoring in quantum and solid-state electronics. In 1980 he defended a Ph.D. dissertation on the infrared detection technology. In 1987 he was the co-founder and member of the Management Board (Vice-President) of VIGO Photonics Sp. z o.o., a company that aimed at starting the production of infrared detectors. He remained the Vice-President of the company until 2009 when he became the President of VIGO Photonics S.A., holding this position until December 2014 when he retired. He authored or co-authored 17 patents and several dozens of scientific and popular scientific works in the field of detection technology and infrared techniques. The winner of numerous awards for his achievements in the field of research he was honored in 2013 with the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for his excellence in the development of entrepreneurship in Poland.

Zbigniew Więcław
In 1997 he obtained a master’s degree at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Poland and, then, in 2010 he earned an MBA at the University of Illinois. He started his career in 1997 – 1999 in the Westdeutsche Landesbank Poland SA as Risk Manager. Then, from 2000 to 2003 he was Financial Controller of Transactional Banking and Treasury in Citibank SA. For more than a decade he has been continuing his career at Bank Handlowy SA: Director of the Office of Strategy and Planning Transaction Banking (2003 – 2009), Chief Financial Transaction Banking Region Central and Eastern Europe, Citigroup (2010-2013), Head of Liquidity Management and Business Analysis in Corporate Banking Sector (2013 – now). In 2014 he became a member of the Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics SA.
Krzysztof Dziewicki
A graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Technology, majoring in applied mathematics. Krzysztof Dziewicki has been associated with the Warsaw Equity Group since 1999, and since 2015 he has been the President of the Management Board of Warsaw Equity Management S.A. He also serves as the President of the Management Board of Warsaw Equity ASI Sp. z o. o. and Warsaw Equity Advisors Sp. z o. o. and Vice-President of the Management Board at Polskie Konsorcjum Gospodarcze Sp. z o. o. He also works in the supervisory bodies of Tektura Opaczenia Papier S.A. and SHI FW Energia Fakop Sp. z o. o. In the past, he actively participated in the operating activities of WEG portfolio companies. In 2015, he took the position of the President of the Management Board of the debt collection company WEH Inwestycje S.A. and led to its sale in the same year to an investor. In the years 2011-2013, he was the Management Board's Plenipotentiary for Supervision over Subsidiaries in the company dealing with production for defense purposes WB Electronics S.A. In 2007-2013, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Warsaw Equity TFI S.A., an investment fund company. In the years 1999-2001 and 2007-2011, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Affairs of the sweets manufacturer Zakłady Przemysłu Cukierniczego "Otmuchów" S.A., he also participated in the process of introducing this company to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In the years 2002-2007, until it was sold to a strategic investor, he was also a member of the supervisory board of the company operating the internet communicator Gadu-Gadu S.A. Before joining the Warsaw Equity Group, he gained experience in consulting companies TDI, Towarzystwo Doradztwa Inwestycyjne Sp. z o. o. and Egmont Consulting Sp. z o.o..
Waldemar Maj
Doctor of Physics, he obtained an MBA from Harvard University. Former Senior Investment Officer in the Department of Oil, Gas and Mining at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) in Washington, USA, he was involved in investing in gold, silver, copper and coal mines in emerging markets. He was Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance at PKN Orlen SA, President of the Management Board at Amer Bank / DZ Bank and Vice-President of the Management Board at BGŻ Bank. He managed mining start-ups of a Canadian investor in Poland. He worked as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company in Warsaw. Former chairman of the supervisory boards of Bank Gdański and PZU and former member of the supervisory boards of companies such as: GPW, Ciech, Bank BGŻ, TFI Origin, TMS Brokers, Stock Spirits and Ergis.
Marcin Kubrak
He graduated from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He started his career in 1991 as a foreign tour leader at INT EXPRESS, and from 1992 he worked as the Head of the Inbound Tourism Department, where he was responsible for organizing the arrival of tourist groups to Poland from Western European countries. In 1994, the Fair Cargo company began its operations, which was one of the first companies in Poland to launch air forwarding and air freight services. Until 2005, he was the owner and managing director of this company. He serves as a member of the management board and managing director of Expeditors Polska. Since 1999, he has been a shareholder and president of the management board of Airnet, which owns and operates a forwarding terminal at the Okęcie airport in Warsaw. Since 2004, he has been a shareholder and member of the management board of Airnet Service, which conducts air freight handling services. He has been a member of the management board since Enter Air was established.
