Two-element InAs one-stage thermoelectrically cooled photovoltaic infrared detector with band-pass filters2E-PVA-1TE-3-0.4x0.4-TO39-pAl2O3-BPF1-BPF2-70 - Detector in Development

2E-PVA-1TE-3-0.4x0.4-TO39-pAl2O3-BPF1-BPF2-70 is a two-element one-stage thermoelectrically cooled photovoltaic IR detector based on InAs heterostructure for optimal performance and stability. Each of the two active elements with active area 0.4 mm × 0.4 mm, is paired with an optical filter, allowing for the selective detection of different gases based on their specific absorption spectra. The detector can be provided in the TO39 package.
