The Polish semiconductor materials manufacturer, VIGO Photonics S.A., has acquired the assets of the American company InfraRed Associates, Inc.—a competitor specializing in the production of infrared detectors. This marks another step toward strengthening the company’s global position in the high-tech market.

Sales of detectors and detection modules in Q4 2025 amounted to PLN 24.8 million (+17% y/y), while semiconductor materials accounted for PLN 2.6 million (-9% y/y).
In the first three quarters of 2025, VIGO Photonics’ consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 65.6 million (+21% y/y), adjusted EBITDA was PLN 5.8 million (+21% y/y), and adjusted net result was PLN -1.8 million (compared to PLN -5.1 million a year earlier).
