PVM-10.6-2x2-TO39-NW-90 is an uncooled photovoltaic multi-junction IR detector based on HgCdTe heterostructure for optimal performance and stability. Its specific wavelength (λspec) is 10.6 µm and its active area (A) is 2 mm × 2 mm. The detector is available in the TO39 package without a window.
