InAs/InAsSb Detectors
Photovoltaic and photoconductive infrared detectors in which the semiconductor element is made of InAs, InAsSb or InAs/InAsSb T2SL material.
These detectors are cadmium and mercury free. As a result, the detectors comply with the RoHS directive and can be used in the consumer market.
